Immigration is a major issue in America but it seems the political parties would rather keep it that way than pass legislation to solve the problem.

I do not understand why we don't insist that the origin country of the migrant looking for asylum be required to remove the danger within their country that is causing the flow of their people looking for help from the United States. The leaders in those countries have an obligation to protect their people or ask for help to do that at the United Nations.
