It is not the first time, but this time the court's reaction was swift. Department of Justice lawyers lied to the Ninth Circuit, and within hours, the court ruled against the Trump DOJ in an Portland Oregon case.
Maybe Donald Trump and the people he added to his administration lied throughout their lives and got away with it, but most parents try to teach their children not to lie. With an administration run by liars, it is tough to convince any young person not to lie when it is to his or her advantage.
And when you have an entire Republican government doing it, you have to wonder if we will survive. No person and no country should trust anything the US Government tells them at this point.
