Every American has standing in court to sue the Trump Administration for taxation without representation.

Because Trump's illegal tariffs have been put in place, we, the people, have been paying an illegally collected tax.

So, anyone who bought any goods to which an illegal tariff was applied has the right to sue the Trump administration.

My recommendation is a cl* action that returns all illegal taxes to the American people as a tax credit for the year 2025.

The other solution is to vote for anyone except the Republicans, who have stood on the sidelines and let a grifter replace their obligations with a dictatorship.

Vote them out in the midterms.
